Ally Accelerator Realized
The Ally Accelerator provides a platform for Black, LatinX, and other women of color to become powerhouse startup contenders in the tech ecosystem. Our founders work with seasoned professionals in and around the tech community for 10 weeks, closing the program with opportunities to connect directly to investors and other sources of capital.
According to the Digitalundivided Project Diane’s most recent study, women of color receive less than 1% of all US venture capital funding every year. Ally was created to address the lack of support, presence and funding for women, and to showcase black and brown women as successful businesses owners fueling innovation for the 21st century.
Ally is being produced in official partnership with Women 2.0, a global for-profit, for-good company focused on gender and representation in the startup ecosystem.

PROGRAM DETAILS
The core of Ally is centered around a 3-module curriculum that addresses the Fundamentals, Management, and Scaling and Growth processes of each Founder journey. Expert Presenters will focus on specific topics within each module in 90-minute, hands-on sessions each week.
In addition to our Core Curriculum, our Founders will benefit from several other program opportunities.
One-on-One Mentorship
Each founder is paired with an ecosystem expert as their Lead Mentor, with weekly 1:1 meetings through the course of the program. Lead Mentors not only support our Founders as they progress through the Accelerator, but also provide powerful external connections to their networks.
Office Hours
Presenters and network experts will hold several office hour sessions each week to provide additional insights and information to our Founders while they engage with our curriculum.
VC-in-Residence
Members of our Women VCs community will hold office hours each week to our Founders to provide tips, tools, and advice. These sessions open up conversations on all aspects of the founder journey, from relationship building, to growth, to fundraising.
Fireside Chats
Dynamic speakers from partnered organizations, women in venture capital, and additional notable women in tech will join our program for open discussions on the ecosystem and valuable insights drawn from their own experiences.
Networking
Our Founders will have several opportunities to engage with the larger Women 2.0 tech community and other key partner communities, creating strong connections and relationships to carry with them on their Founder journey.
